This website is operated by Jonathan Grisham. This policy explains what data this site collects, how it is used, and what your rights are.

What this site does not do: This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, behavioral advertising, or cross-site advertising cookies.

Google Fonts: This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser information. This is standard behavior for any site using Google Fonts. Google's privacy policy governs that data: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics: This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track individuals across sites. It collects aggregate page view data only. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs that data: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Forms: If you submit the contact, signed-copy, press, or mailing-list form, this site collects the fields you provide. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, shipping address, media outlet, inquiry type, inscription, and message. The information is used to respond to your inquiry, fulfill your request, or manage your mailing-list subscription. It is not sold or shared for third-party advertising.

Mailing list: Mailing-list email addresses are stored in Cloudflare KV until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can remove your address through the unsubscribe page. The unsubscribe form returns the same confirmation whether or not an address was on the list.

Email delivery: Form notices are delivered using the site's configured email provider, either Amazon Simple Email Service or Resend. That provider processes the submitted information only as needed to deliver the message. The applicable provider privacy policy governs its processing.

Spam protection: Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical information needed to evaluate a submission. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs that data.

Amazon links: This site links to Amazon product pages. Amazon may set cookies when you follow those links. Amazon's privacy policy governs that data: amazon.com/privacy.

Hosting: This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may collect standard server log data including IP addresses. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Your rights: If you have submitted a form and wish to request deletion of your data, contact Jonathan through the contact form with the words "Data Deletion Request" in your message. Mailing-list subscribers can also use the unsubscribe page at any time.

Children: This site contains extreme horror content and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy: This policy may be updated occasionally. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
